How It Works

  • Setup: The operator sets the required parameters (blank length and cut length) on the intuitive control panel.

  • Start: The operator loads the blank and presses the “Start” button.

  • Automatic Cycle: The paper tube cutting machine automatically grips the cardboard core, begins the cutting cycle, and ejects the remaining piece after the cut is finished.

With the auto-loader option, the operator fills the hopper with blanks and sets the blank length and cut length on the paper tube cutting machine. The operator then presses “Start,” and the machine switches to automatic mode.
