The trim winder is necessary for winding the edge of the cuttings of various materials. Used with extruders, bag making machines, etc. as additional equipment.
The Trim winder provides an efficient removal of trim from converting equipment.

Winding on a 76mm pneumatic shaft.
Even laying of the edge on the spool is carried out by a carriage, which is reciprocated by a fork-shaped leash.
When the leash reaches one of the extreme positions, its transition occurs and the carriage moves in the opposite direction.
The shaft winding drive is produced by a torque electric motor. The moment is regulated by the operator.
An electrical cabinet is mounted on the side panel of the winder.
When the maximum diameter is reached, the non-contact sensor will beep, the time relay will turn off the machine after the selected time, from 1 second to 30 days.
